  • The S-series permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM) from Bauer Gear Motor GmbH are variable speed motors for explosion proof areas with IE5 efficiency class. This is the highest energy saving level achievable with current motor technology. Completely flexible mounting options allow for unrivalled integration possibilities.

  • Generously dimensioned ball or roller bearings, case-hardened forged and ground gears, as well as internally and externally reinforced gearboxes ensure a long service life and reduced maintenance. Hardened wear bushings and spray rings on the rotor seal ensure reduced oil sump volume, reliable lubrication and many years of leak-free operation.

  • Excellent protection in accordance with IP65 (according to IEC 529) makes all gearmotors dust and water resistant and can be used outdoors or in damp and dusty environments without the use of an additional housing. The full rated output is available at the output shaft of the unit.
