  • The bent-tooth gear coupling BoWex HEW Compact is a highly flexible shaft-to-shaft coupling that is particularly suitable for compensating high displacements.

  • Features of this type include compact design, axial insertion and low restoring forces. Typical applications for this gear coupling include applications with severe torsional vibrations, such as screw compressors, piston compressors or delivery pumps.

  • For optimal selection of the gear coupling, a wide range of elastomer Shore hardnesses are available to perfectly adjust the torsional stiffness to the application. Especially when using electric motor drives, this highly flexible coupling shows its strengths.

  • In addition, compensation of axial lengths can be achieved via the typical BoWex spline.
