MONOLASTIC Coupling


  • The MONOLASTIC® coupling is a flexible flange coupling that can compensate for radial and angular displacements with very low restoring forces via the elastomer section.
  • This flange coupling is therefore particularly suitable for driving single-row or multi-row hydraulic pumps. Due to the pre-assembled, one-piece design, the MONOLASTIC flange coupling is particularly easy to install.

MONOLASTIC® three-hole version


  • 0 - 400 Nm / one-piece, flexible flange coupling
  • The three-hole MONOLASTIC flange coupling is a one-piece, flexible coupling with a torque-to-bore ratio for driving diesel engines and hydraulic pumps.
  • The steel hub with pre-assembled internal splines enables an axial plug-in connection to the pump shaft. The flange coupling is flange-fastened via three holes and is suitable for all common SAE and DIN pump spline shafts.
  • The elastomer allows for high radial and angular displacements. With this version, the flange coupling does not require a centering step on the engine flywheel.
  • The coupling is centered only by means of the tightening screws.

MONOLASTIC® SAE 


  • 0 - 1,850 Nm / One-piece, flexible flange coupling
  • The MONOLASTIC flange coupling of the SAE type is a one-piece, flexible coupling with a torque-to-bore ratio for diesel engine and hydraulic pump drives.
  • The steel hub with pre-assembled internal splines enables an axial insertion connection to the pump shaft. The type is available with flange connections in accordance with SAE 6 1/2" to 11 1/2" as well as special connections for all common SAE and DIN pump spline shafts.
  • The elastomer enables high radial and angular displacements. The flange coupling is centered on the engine flywheel via a steel flange.
