MC Series Industrial Reducers are the choice for high load conditions
MC Series Helical Gear Reducers and Bevel-Helical Gear Reducers have a high ability to withstand axial and radial loads. We have reinforced the bearings in the gear reducers with the Extended Bearing Distance (EBD) concept. This is an advantage if agitators are used in process plants. In many cases, a separate agitator bearing is no longer required or the size of the industrial gear reducer can be avoided.
This concept is supplemented by the use of standardized mounting flanges and an optional "dry well" oil seal.
The modular concept of the MC series helical and bevel-helical gear reducers offers you a wide range of optional equipment. This includes motor flange adapters, belt drives and backstops. These options mean that we can provide you with a drive solution that meets your requirements.
Advantage
There is an integral, stable housing, which enables horizontal, vertical and vertical mounting.
Due to the extended bearing distance, the gear reducer bearing structure is strengthened, so an additional agitator bearing is not required.
The reason is the optional "dry well" oil seal, which effectively prevents oil from leaking out of the output shaft of the industrial gear reducer.
