The MC series industrial gearboxes are designed for low-torque applications, less than 65 kNm. These gearboxes excel in the medium speed ratio range and are ideal for installation in confined spaces.
Helical and bevel-helical gearboxes for the medium speed ratio range
The MC series industrial gearboxes offer fine torque ranges.
High availability is a key factor when selecting the appropriate gearbox for a specific industry or equipment within a limited installation space. As one of the leading manufacturers of industrial gearboxes, we offer the MC series, particularly the parallel-shaft and right-angle MC compact gearboxes, to meet these requirements.
Helical and bevel-helical gearboxes can be easily mounted on a machine to meet your specific application requirements. The integral housing allows for horizontal, vertical, and vertical mounting. This flexible, multi-angle mounting option is a key advantage of these gearboxes.
The MC series industrial gearboxes are the ideal choice for high-load applications.
MC series helical and bevel-helical gearboxes offer high axial and radial load capacity. We've reinforced the bearings in our gearboxes with our Extended Bearing Distance (EBD) concept. This is a significant advantage when mixing processes are used in process equipment. In many cases, a separate agitator bearing is no longer necessary, or the size of the industrial gearbox can be increased.
This concept is supplemented by standardized mounting flanges and an optional "dry-well" oil seal. This seal effectively prevents oil leakage from the gearbox's low-speed shaft.
The modular concept of our MC series helical and bevel-helical gearboxes offers a wide range of optional equipment. These include motor flange adapters, belt drives, and backstops. These options mean we can provide you with a drive solution that meets your requirements.
