R Series Helical Gear Units

Performance and space requirements – The helical gear reducer series has 20 sizes with a wide range of torque values and speed ratios. At the same time, it can also be efficiently driven in your application.
High efficiency and a wide range of gear ratios
The helical gear reducer is the series in the product: It covers 6 sizes of single-stage reducers and 14 sizes of 2-stage and 3-stage reducers with a torque range of 50 to 18 000 Nm. The speed ratio range is from i = 1.30 to i = 289.74, and the two-stage reducer has i = 27 001. The torque and speed ratio are finely graded.

Using the modular concept, the R series reducers can be combined with AC motors to form R..DR.. helical gear reducers and servo motors to form R..CMP helical gear servo motors. You can also select the AC motor or servo motor that meets your requirements separately.
