K Series Helical-bevel Gear Units


Helical-bevel gear reducers are technically economical right-angle gear reducers with zero-wear design, low maintenance and long service life. They are highly efficient.
Right-angle gear reducers that make the most of their performance
Our compact design is fully demonstrated in the helical-bevel gear reducers. This solution is suitable for mechanical applications where the available installation space is limited. Here you need both drive power and compact design. This is the ideal environment for our helical-bevel gear reducers, which are available in a torque range from 80 to 50,000 Nm.

Right-angle gear reducers are highly efficient in both directions and at most output speeds. Highly durable, wear-free gears extend the service life of the transmission. Low-backlash K series gear reducers can be used for precise positioning.

Product range: The K..39 and K..49 complete the range of 2-stage helical-bevel gear reducers. Together with the K..19 and K..29, they set the standard: 4 sizes offer a torque range from 80 Nm to 500 Nm.

Using the modular concept, K series gear units can be combined with AC motors to form K..DR.. helical-bevel gear units and with servo motors to form K..CMP helical-bevel servo gear units. You can also select the AC motor or servo motor that meets your requirements individually.
