Material and heat treatment
All gears are made of hardened steel (Mn2, Cr5 or materials with the same strength or hardness), and the process is surface hardening, quenching, and heavy pressing to ensure that the product can operate normally under high-intensity loads and ensure its wear resistance. The output shaft seat is made of steel, and the chassis is made of G25 cast iron according to UNI5007 standard.
External load, efficiency, operating status
All reducers can withstand high workloads. Whether radial or axial, the dynamic efficiency is as high as 92%, which is a three-stage reduction. Even under harsh conditions, normal operation can be ensured, and the reducer life is also ideal.
Bearing
The radial shaft is assembled as input shaft, but according to different requirements, the tapered roller shaft can also be assembled as output shaft.
