Design and manufacturing


The appearance of the fuselage is designed by computer, and the torque of the gears, the service life of the bearings, the strength of the fuselage structure, etc. are all calculated and designed using modern testing technology.


Operation principle


  • A mechanical speed governor refers to a device that can adjust the output speed arbitrarily under the principle of constant input speed.
  • In essence, a mechanical speed governor is a planetary device composed of non-gears.
  • The transmission of this device is achieved by friction, so there are very high requirements for the accuracy and quality of the device.
  • This device is divided into a single-stage speed governor and a two-stage combined speed governor equipped with a spiral bevel gearbox.
  • By matching the spiral bevel gearbox, the device can allow lower input speed and higher torque than the performance table.

Speed change


The output speed is adjusted by manually rotating the speed control handle, and the speed can only be adjusted when the transmission is running.


Performance relationship


Because the speed governor is a variable speed device, and on the basis of constant power, the output torque will change with the change of output speed, theoretically, the speed corresponds to torque, and the speed corresponds to torque. However, the torque provided in the sample is not exceeded under any circumstances, i.e. the torque at which the planetary friction disc starts to slip.


Technical characteristics


  • The planets and grooves are made of a special 100Cr6 synthetic steel, which better ensures that the components reach performance in friction.
  • The output shaft is made of 42Cr Mo4 hardened steel or a material with equivalent characteristics.
  • The housing is made of grey cast iron according to UNI5007 standard.

Lubricant


The lubricant added to the device is a special liquid with cooling and anti-wear properties.
