Overview

Gears
All gears are made of hardened steel (Mn2, Cr5 or materials with the same strength or hardness), and the process is surface hardening, quenching, and heavy pressing to ensure that the product can operate normally under high-intensity loads and ensure its wear resistance. The precise trimming of the gear teeth and the fit between the gear teeth ensure that the product can achieve performance.
Reduction ratio
The reduction ratio has two-stage reduction and three-stage reduction. The former has a speed ratio of 2:1-50:1, and the latter has a speed ratio of 2:1-50:1-460:1.
Operational characteristics
It is highly efficient and suitable for high-speed input operation, as well as for rapid acceleration and braking. In addition, its recoil is also reduced, all due to the tightness of the structure, the high fit between the shaft and the shaft seat, and the precise manufacturing and assembly of the gears. The raw materials and heat treatment of the product are very good, which can ensure the operation and service life of the reducer. Except for the No. 20 chassis, which is made of die-cast aluminum, the others are made of high-strength gray cast iron (G25 according to UNI5007 standard). The output shaft is made of Cr4, Mo4 hardened steel or other materials with the same characteristics.
External load, efficiency, operating state
The product is silent and vibration-free in any operating state. Both radial and rear axial reducers can withstand high-strength external loads. The dynamic efficiency is very high, with a secondary reduction of 97% and a tertiary reduction of 95.5%. Under harsh conditions, it can also operate normally and the life of the reducer is also ideal.
