The appearance of the machine body is designed by computer, and the torque of the gears, the service life of the bearings, the strength of the machine body structure, etc. are all calculated using modern testing technology. The high quality of the product is due to the use of technology specifically designed to keep all performance parameters consistent, as well as strict quality inspection of product manufacturing, processing and finished products.

• All gears are made of hardened steel (Mn2, Cr5 or materials with the same strength or hardness), and the process is surface hardening, quenching, and heavy pressing to ensure that the product can operate normally under high-intensity loads and ensure its wear resistance. In order to adjust the shaft clearance during operation and increase the strength of axial and radial loads, we install tapered rolling bearings on both the input shaft and the output shaft.
• The hollow output shaft is made of ductile iron.
• The housing is a complete body made of G25 high-strength gray cast iron in accordance with UNI5007 standard.

• PL series reducers are able to withstand high external loads, i.e. axial and radial loads
• The dynamic efficiency is very high, reaching 0.96 for the second stage and 0.92 for the third stage. They can also operate normally under harsh conditions and the life of the reducer is satisfactory.

The performance of the reducer is achieved by the precise modification of the gear teeth and the high degree of fit between the gears. The PL series reducers are available with two and three stages of reduction.
