Overview

The R series consists of helical helical gears.

Models

The R series right angle converters are available in four models: R 9, R 14, R 19 and R 24.
The speed ratios of R 9 are 1/1 and 2/1.
The speed ratios of the other models are 1/1, 2/1 and 3/1.
All models are available with single and double output shafts.

Material

All gears are made of hardened steel (Mn2, Cr5 or materials with equal strength or hardness), and the process is case hardening, quenching and heavy pressing to ensure that the product can operate normally under high-intensity loads and ensure its wear resistance.
The housing is made of aluminum alloy.

Lubricant

This series uses lifetime lubricant, so no lubrication maintenance is required.
