• Built-in terminal block, convenient wiring: 

The compact terminal box with built-in terminal block makes wiring very convenient. When the model with brake is selected, the standard built-in brake power supply rectifier is standard, and the terminal box is equipped with a developed special terminal box.

• Large permissible radial force load increases design freedom:

The high load capacity bearing and high rigidity housing material shell analyzed by FEM are adopted to achieve high permissible radial load. The customer has a large degree of freedom in design, and the FEM housing analysis is 20% higher than that of general companies.

• Reliable sealing performance and increased service life:

The output shaft side adopts a three-lip oil seal made of long-life material. In addition, two long-life material oil seals are used on the motor side to make the sealing reliable.

• Low noise, suitable for running in a quiet environment: 

The high meshing gear and high rigidity housing design are adopted to achieve silent operation. Low noise brake is adopted, and the noise is reduced by 20d B when the brake is working (compared with similar products of our company).

• The coating that is resistant to scratches and not easy to peel off is adopted, and the appearance is neat:

Thermosetting powder coating is adopted, and the coating thickness is uniform. Anti-fouling, no organic solvents are used, which is beneficial to environmental protection.

• Compact design, shorter overall length, and reduced installation space requirements:

The designed external dimensions make the parallel shaft reducer "shortened in total length", and adopt high rigidity housing and newly developed motor with compact structure.

• Grease lubrication with special grease is maintenance-free. (Grease is filled at the factory)
