Overview


Precision control reducers, using the characteristics of high-strength, impact-resistant cycloid reducers, further pursue low-clearance precision control, and can be installed in customer machinery. By combining with a servo motor, it can be positioned with high precision. Suitable for machining machinery, industrial robots, factory automation and other equipment that emphasizes stopping accuracy and rigidity. According to the purpose, it is divided into FC-A, F1C-A and F2C-T series.


Product features:


  • Low impact: Excellent load balance achieves stable low impact.
  • Compact structure and low vibration: Three curved plates are used to disperse the load, the structure can be relatively compact, and the load is well balanced, and excellent stability achieves low vibration.
  • High-speed shaft support type: The high-speed shaft is supported by bearings to achieve the purpose of increasing radial load capacity without adding parts.
  • High rigidity and high efficiency: The number of output drive pins is increased to disperse the load and increase rigidity; rolling contact plus better load balance achieves high efficiency.
  • Long life: The continuous curved tooth shape with many teeth has good impact resistance, and the main reduction part adopts wear-resistant, high-carbon and high-chromium bearing steel to achieve long life.
  • Good maintenance performance: The output side flange can be separated from the reduction part for easy maintenance.
  • Good installation performance: The grease is already sealed, so it can be installed in the application machine intact.
